How to update Visitation Compliance status of the church

You can update and plan all churches' visitation compliance schedules on one page

When logged in to Visitation Compliance Module, you will land on your Dashboard to edit the church's schedule and plan your visits by clicking the Visitation (Archdeacon) tab on the page's left navigation bar.

Upon clicking the page, you'll see the following categories:

• Church Code
• Church Name
• Visitation Due Date
• Last Visitation
• Visitation Status
• Church Submission Status
• Archdeacon's Official Review
• Visitation Report Sent

For example, the Demo Church with a church code "3" indicates that the last visitation is 24/03/2020.

The Last Visitation can only be manually inputted, and the Visitation Due Date will be automatically set to its date after three years.

Setting up the churches Visitation Status has five choices in the dropdown:

The options are:

•  No Visitation
• Planned
• Confirmed
• Suspended 
• Revisit
  

You can also view the Church Submission Status, which indicates if the church is ready or still in progress for their Visitation.

When you're satisfied with the churches visitation report, you can also view your if you are satisfied with what they've submitted:

You can always go back to this page, plan the church visitation, and check the churches' Visitation Report Sent, which indicates the date they've sent their report.
