What should I do if I believe my role in the role compliance module needs to be corrected?

If you find that the role assigned to you within the Role Compliance Module is inaccurate, you can quickly rectify this by following these steps:

Log in to the system and navigate to the "Role Compliance Module" using the navigation panel.

On the Role Compliance Page, locate your name or the team member who has been incorrectly assigned a role. Click on the "Basic info" option associated with that profile.

On the Information page of the selected member, scroll down to find a drop-down box labelled "Title." Select the correct role(s) assigned to the team member from this drop-down menu.

After selecting the appropriate role(s), click the "Save" button. This will overwrite the initial role information and update the assignment based on your selection.

You'll be redirected to the compliance page after saving the corrected role. You'll need to answer any necessary role compliance questions specific to the newly selected role. Make sure to complete the required form and remember to save your changes.
